Elizabeth Keller Butker, MS, DABR, joined the Department of Radiation Oncology in 1988. She is skilled at total body irradiation and brachytherapy, including eye plaques, prostate seed implants and high-dose rate procedures. Elizabeth is actively involved in clinical physics procedures and quality assurance procedures within the department. She assists in the teaching of radiation oncology residents at Emory and medical physics students at Georgia Institute of Technology.
Elizabeth graduated magna cum laude from Smith College with a BA in Chemistry then received her MS in Health Physics from the Georgia Institute of Technology. She is certifed by the American Board of Radiology in Therapeutic Radiological Physics.
