Shahram Ghavidel, joined the department as a clinical medical physicist in 1981. He received his Master’s Degree in Health Physics from Georgia Tech in 1980 followed by one year of clinical residency at The Emory Clinic. He received his certification in 1987 from the American Board of Radiology in Therapeutic Radiological Physics.
